About me

The Faith NotebookAbout me

My name is Michelle and I’m in my late 20s. I live with my husband and two young boys in Sydney, Australia. I love to write, especially about faith and family life, and I love all things web-related.

I spend most of my time with family and friends. A couch potato, screen junkie and hoarder at heart, I’m on a lifelong mission to live a healthy, active and minimalist lifestyle, one tiptoe at a time.

About my faith

I was raised as a Catholic until 2009, when I followed my hubby (then boyfriend) to a Christian ‘megachurch’ and loved everything about it; who knew church could be fun?! We attended for awhile until ‘life’ got in the way.

In 2013, we started going to smaller church and Bible study with some close friends, and we got baptised together at Easter 2015. My hubby started learning more about theology and apologetics, and I tried to latch on but as a full-time working mum, I found it hard to find enough time to read and study.

That’s where The Faith Notebook comes in! Not only is it a worthy excuse to indulge in ALL my interests combined, but I’m inspired by Mark 16:15 to share what I learn with others, in the hopes of encouraging others (and myself) in our individual walks of faith and connecting with others like (or not so like) myself!

‘He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation”‘ — Mark 16:15 (NIV)
